1x serving of pasta of your choice (we used penne)
1/4 pottle of Veesey Dairy Free Basil Pesto
1/2 C Veesey Grated Mozzarella
1/8 C Pine Nuts – toasted
1/8 C Pumpkin Seeds – toasted
Fresh Basil – to serve
- Cook chosen pasta based on packet instructions & strain
- Toss through Veesey Pesto and Veesey Grated Mozzarella (reserve some for topping)
- Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, reserved Veesey Grated Mozzarella & fresh basil leaves
