3x potatoes (we used agria) 

½ Veesey Creamy Carbonara Pasta Sauce

½ Veesey Mozzarella Block – grated

1 tsp Paprika Powder

Fresh Thyme Leaves

  1. Wash & peel potatoes
  2. Using a mandolin or sharp knife, thinly slice potatoes into circle rounds
  3. Layer potato slices into oven proof dish then layer with Veesey Pasta Sauce & Veesey Mozzarella
  4. Repeat step 3 a couple times until dish is full
  5. For the top, spread a handful of Veesey Mozzarella & paprika powder 
  6. Bake for 30mins at 180°C or until potatoes are soft when a skewer is placed in (bake time will differ between dish sizes and number of layers). Top should be golden in colour. 
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves
