This privacy policy is created to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and the protection of information.

SHARING AND USAGE

The individual personal data will never be shared, sold, or rented to a third party without your authorisation or unless ordered by a court of law. Personal data submitted through our website is only available to our employees for purposes of contacting you, sending you email messages according to your request for information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Bluerock will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition.

To do this, we will dispatch your order in a polystyrene bin, a chilltainer, or with chill wrap ice replacement pads. Your order will be stored at fridge temperature until it is collected by the courier. The above measures will keep your items cool until they reach you.

We aim to dispatch your order so that you receive it one to three business days after placing it. Additional freight charges may apply if the parcel exceeds the standard weight allowance within our shipping rates.

We are limited in dispatch to rural delivery addresses due to the extra time taken by couriers to complete the delivery. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Private Bags. We regret that shipping is not available to addresses outside of New Zealand at this stage.

Any order which comes to less than NZ$50 will be charged $6 for delivery to any urban and North Island regional addresses and $10.00 for South Island deliveries, in New Zealand. Orders over NZ$50 will qualify for free shipping.

We can ship to inner city Auckland addresses in two hours. Outside of the CBD and central Auckland, orders will be dispatched on an overnight courier service.

Please place separate orders for each separate delivery location.

A signature is required on delivery. If this is not possible, please provide instructions for where to leave the parcel.

If any item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we will endeavor to contact you to confirm a replacement. If we cannot contact you within a reasonable timeframe, a similar item of the same or greater value will be substituted.

If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving a dispatch confirmation, please send your order confirmation to info@bluerock.co.nz and we will follow up with you.
