
1x serving of pasta of your choice (we used penne)
5 small mushrooms – sliced
Splash of oil
¼ Veesey Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce
Handful of sun-dried tomatoes – sliced
Handful of Veesey Grated Mozzarella
- Cook chosen pasta based on packet instructions & strain
- Sauté sliced mushrooms in a pan with a splash of oil, remove & set aside
- Warm up Veesey Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce in the same pan
- Toss in cooked pasta and coat in pasta sauce
- Toss through sautéed mushroom & sun-dried tomato slices
- Sprinkle over Veesey Grated Mozzarella and remove pan from heat when it starts to melt
- Serve with additional Veesey Grated Mozzarella for more cheesy goodness!
