DAIRY FREE RECIPES

1x serving of pasta of your choice (we used penne)

5 small mushrooms – sliced

Splash of oil

¼ Veesey Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce

Handful of sun-dried tomatoes – sliced

Handful of Veesey Grated Mozzarella

  1. Cook chosen pasta based on packet instructions & strain
  2. Sauté sliced mushrooms in a pan with a splash of oil, remove & set aside
  3. Warm up Veesey Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce in the same pan
  4. Toss in cooked pasta and coat in pasta sauce
  5. Toss through sautéed mushroom & sun-dried tomato slices
  6. Sprinkle over Veesey Grated Mozzarella and remove pan from heat when it starts to melt
  7. Serve with additional Veesey Grated Mozzarella for more cheesy goodness!
