1x Bag of Nacho Corn Chips
½ Can Corn Kernels
½ Can Black Beans (or beans of choice)
1 C Veesey Grated Mozzarella
¼ C Veesey Aioli
1x Jalapeño – thinly sliced
Fresh Chives – finely chopped
1x Avocado – sliced
Fresh Coriander
Fresh Lime Wedges – to serve
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Spread nacho chips onto oven tray
- Sprinkle over corn kernels & black beans
- Sprinkle over Veesey Grated Mozzarella
- Bake for 12mins or until cheese has melted
- Dollop over Veesey Aioli
- Top with sliced jalapeños, finely chopped chives
- Place slices of avocado on top and garnish with fresh coriander
- Serve with fresh limes wedges
