1x Bag of Nacho Corn Chips 

½ Can Corn Kernels

½ Can Black Beans (or beans of choice)

1 C Veesey Grated Mozzarella

¼ C Veesey Aioli

1x Jalapeño – thinly sliced

Fresh Chives – finely chopped

1x Avocado – sliced

Fresh Coriander

Fresh Lime Wedges – to serve

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  2. Spread nacho chips onto oven tray
  3. Sprinkle over corn kernels & black beans
  4. Sprinkle over Veesey Grated Mozzarella 
  5. Bake for 12mins or until cheese has melted
  6. Dollop over Veesey Aioli
  7. Top with sliced jalapeños, finely chopped chives
  8. Place slices of avocado on top and garnish with fresh coriander
  9. Serve with fresh limes wedges
