DAIRY FREE RECIPES

1x Veesey Mozzarella Block

½ C Dairy Free Milk of choice

½ C Flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

2 Tbs Flour

½ c panko crumbs

Tomato Dipping Sauce to Serve

Cooking Oil

  1. Slice Veesey Mozzarella Block into 1.5cm wide sticks
  2. Mix milk, flour, salt, garlic powder & onion powder togther in a bowl
  3. Place 2 Tbs flour in another bowl
  4. Place panko crumbs in another bowl
  5. Take Mozzarella stick, roll in plain flour, then milk and flour mix then panko crumb – making sure to pat on the crumb
  6. Repeat process for all sticks of Mozzarella
  7. Place in fridge (or freezer) for atleast 30min to firm up
  8. Heat up deep fryer or shallow fry in a pan – to test if oil in the pan is hot, place in a bamboo skewer and if bubbles appear, oil is hot
  9. Deep fry or toss to shallow fry for 2-4min or until golden brown
  10. Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil
  11. Serve hot with your choice of tomato dipping sauce
